Digital delivery

ProjectX Global supplies downloadable digital automotive collector packs containing image cards, matching PDF libraries and supporting files. No physical item is shipped.

When access begins

Before payment, you are asked to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the effect on your cancellation right. Once the payment provider confirms payment, we create private download access for the products in your order and send a confirmation email. Access normally appears within a few minutes, but payment reviews or temporary service interruptions may delay delivery.

Download links

Each secure link is personal to the order, remains available for 30 days and may be used up to five times. You should download and keep a backup copy during that period. The link must not be shared or published.

If delivery is delayed

Check your spam or junk folder and the order-status page shown after payment. If access has not arrived within 30 minutes of a confirmed charge, email support@projectx-global.com with your order reference. We will verify the payment and restore legitimate access.

File requirements

Collector packs are supplied as standard high-resolution PNG card images together with the matching automotive PDF library, a collection manifest, readme and personal-use licence inside one ZIP archive. You need software capable of opening PNG, PDF and ZIP files. Product pages describe the exact pack size and format before purchase.
